In fact we’re so confident in our service that we promise all our customers the following:• From your very first enquiry, we won’t have any preconceptions or try to shoehorn your event into a format that only suits us. • We’ll listen to your requirements, providing considered advice and creating the perfect solution for you. • Once you’ve booked, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Event Co-ordinator who’ll always be available to deal with your requirements promptly and efficiently. In the days leading up to your event, he or she will be in contact with you regularly to make sure everything goes smoothly. • You’ll always enjoy the highest standards of service that you’d expect from a company with Investors in People, ISO and HAM (Hospitality Assured Meetings) accreditation. • A few days after your event, we’ll be in touch to ask for your feedback, which we depend on to help us continually improve an already impressive service.
